Corporate and Administrative Coordinator

 On behalf of one of our clients, a boutique corporate services firm, we are seeking a proactive and highly oranized Corporate and Administrative Coordinator to oversee corporate governance, compliance and administrative operations.

Description:

  • Manage company registrations, bank account openings, and statutory updates,
 
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including resolutions and contracts,
 
  • Manage compliance processes, including KYC collection and verification,
 
  • Cultivate strong relationship with existing clients, ensuring their requests are handled promptly and professionally,
 
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and calls,
 
  • Support sales activities with proposals, invoicing and prospect follow-ups,
 
  • Manage office administration, supplies, and event planning.
 

 
Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree,
 
  • 1 to 3 years experience in corporate governance, compliance or administrative roles,
 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision,
 
  • Fluency both english and french, written and spoken,
 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-oriented approach,
 
  • Outstanting organizational and problem-solving abilities,
 
  • Available as soon as possible.
